Hi everyone! How was Easter??? Did the kids get tons of candy?! Are they driving you absolutely oranges???!!! Bubbie is being an absolute BEAST!!!!
Anyway, for those of you that have recently gone to Grandma's house and have tasted the rolls, Here is the recipe. By the way, grandma, I hope that you don't have to bury these rolls!!!
Sorry, don't have a pic.

PARKERHOUSE ROLLS
scald 2 cups milk, add 1 cube butter or margarine, melted. Add 1 tsp. salt and 2 Tbsp. sugar(I add a little extra). Mix well. Add 2 eggs, 2 Tbsp. yeast, and 5 cups flour. Knead for 5-10 min. Let rise for 15 min. Roll out, shape and bake on ungreased pans for 13 min. Pull out and brush with melted butter. Put into oven again for 2 min. Serve warm if possible.

I hope that everyone likes these rolls. If you could please post your experience, i would appreciate it.
